This competition was co-hosted by the Korea Sports Association, Chungcheongbuk-do Sports Association, and Jecheon City Sports Association as a contested project by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, jointly organized by Jecheon Public Sports Club and Korea Youth Soccer Club, and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the National Sports Promotion Corporation.

Jecheon Public Sports Club is operating the Bongyang Health Soccer Campsite entrusted by Jecheon City, and is striving to foster youth soccer players, achieving excellent results in various competitions.
In particular, it is receiving a great response from local residents, such as actively applying for various government contests (locally specialized programs in the field of sports) and being selected.
